We are passionate about health, fitness and well-being and believe in providing a unique personal training service to our clients. Our approach is straight forward – simplify everything!
As personal trainers, our aim is to guide and enable every individual to achieve and surpass their fitness and nutrition goals with inspired motivation, support, empathy and most importantly, loads of fun. We work with all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to athletes. No matter how fit or unfit you think you are, we’re here to encourage positive change at a pace you’re comfortable with. Whatever your health and fitness goals are, we are here to help.
Hello! I’m Becky and I have always loved being active, but it wasn’t until I hit my late teens that I recognised the enormous impact fitness has on my emotional well-being. For me, this realisation was pivotal, resulting in fitness becoming an integral part of my life and essential on many levels.
I’ve had a successful career as a professional West End actress for over 20 years. This demands a high level of fitness, stamina and mental strength, so I have always done targeted training alongside my theatre work. Once I hit my mid-thirties and worked through several injuries, I learned to adapt the way I train, something that many of us need to do but don’t have the confidence to achieve or put into practice.
I am truly passionate about sharing my own fitness journey and inspiring my clients to reach their individual fitness goals. Communication is paramount to me so we can work together to achieve what you’ve always wanted to do with fun, inspiring and dynamic workouts that you will want to commit to.
I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Suspension Training Instructor.
Hi, I am Mark. I grew up in South Africa and settled in the UK at the age of 30, where I met my wife Becky. We now live in Rochester with our dog Marlowe. I have been physically active my entire life with a real passion for climbing and playing squash. I understand the toll injuries take and the work required to recover from them. I also understand the complexities in facing challenges, overcoming fear and dealing with failure.
I’m a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and HITT Session Instructor and have chosen to specialise in functional movement as I believe this is at the core of what it means to be truly fit and healthy. I believe every step, jump, lap, set and rep puts people on the path towards a more active and fulfilling life. Whether that means an afternoon walk, HITT session, weight session or a heart-pounding set of squats, functional movement is vitally important.
We charge £35 for a 1 hour session. If you would like us to come to your home we charge an extra £10 per session. Additionally, we offer discounts on block bookings so please reach out if interested.
Every new client journey begins with a consultation. This provides a fantastic opportunity to meet and get to know one another. Additionally, this time allows us to establish your goals and work out the best possible road map to achieving your goals in a structured and measurable approach. The consultation is informal and takes approximately 40 – 60 min to complete. This service is free of charge with no obligation.
Park your excuses. According to the Environmental Science and Technology journal, just five minutes of being active in green space is enough to reduce stress and increase your motivation to stay active. We are fortunate to live so close to the North Downs, so if you fancy a cross country run jumping over logs and turnstiles, energetic walk or HITT session, or anything else, we can meet your needs.
We have access to a private gym which is not open to the public. These facilities are clean and quiet and only used by personal trainers and their clients.
It is important to note there is an additional cost for this service so please do enquire if interested.
Don’t fancy training outdoors or using a gym? No problem. We have you covered. If you live within a 5 mile radius of Rochester ME1, we will come to your home with enough kit to make all of those 650 muscles in your body hum!
Don’t want to commit to personal training but would like some ideas to flex up your workouts? We can help. Our bespoke programmes can be designed to cover everything from strength training, mobility training, endurance training, functional fitness and flexibility.
Please note, as a possible side effect of our programmes, you may experience a flatter stomach, an increase in energy, improved mood, younger looking skin, toned arms and legs, and the need to share what you learned with everyone around you.
Diet is the most important component to achieving your fitness goals and is absolutely essential in improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Both Becky and I are really keen in helping people navigate the minefield of information available today. We have a wealth of knowledge between us and are more than happy to provide you with guidance and suggestions.
